There is one Blades Adjuster on this machine. Before cutting, adjust the Blades Adjuster to be well according to your cutting requirement, the machine can control the cutting depth automatic druing the next working procedure. The rotate the baffle handwheel to adjust the front and rear distance of the baffle to control the size of the cut stem.
The operation is simple: You just need put the garlic( the garlic root is on upper side) on the running conveyor belt by manual. The conveyor will send the garlics to the blades, then the blades will cut the root out quickly and completely. When you cut the garlics with same grade, no matter how bigger or smaller it is, the machine can recognize and cut the garlic root automatically according to their size.
