This mango pit remover and pulping machine is suitable for mango, apple, tomato, pineapple, celery, spinish, vegetables and so on.The fruit touching part is made of stainless steel material, meets food safety and hygiene standards. It can extracted juices automatically separated from waste. It is an important equipment for food processing.
The introduction of the mango pit remover and pulping machine:
The working principle is: Motor is driven through V-belt, make the rotor spinning have a high speed, fruit evenly by the end inlet into the machine. Feeding auger blades send the fruit to the beating stick, the material will be smashed by the beating stick. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and meat through the sieve into the next process. The core, peel, seed and pomace discharged from the taphole. The piting’s sieve size is depend on the type of material, If the two channel of Dual-channel model both are beating structures, the second channel sieve size should be a little thin than the first channel.
The operation is simple. Switched the power, then the motor started feeding appropriately, uniform, do not feed too much, it will affect the juice rate;when feeding , do not throw the hard, dirty things into the cylinder; when finishing the use, cut off the power, open the cover, remove the funnel, wash the machine clean.
It is mainly used for pre-mature or boiled the nuts to the core (peeled) beating. For mango,must use special custom-made double way pulper,it has two functions,one is remove the nuclear and the other is beating. Its characteristics are: automatic separate the juice, dregs (skin, seeds, nuts). The machine can not only combined the production line for flow operation, but also single machine production.
